Pan Wu (b. 1975) is a provincial-level Intangible Cultural Heritage inheritor who has devoted more than two decades to craft research, development, and innovative practice.
Working extensively with diverse materials such as bamboo, wood, rattan, grass, thread, and fiber, Pan Wu explores artistic expression through materiality. At the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics, a distinctive creative language has emerged—one that combines artistic depth with practical applicability.
Specializing in large-scale sculpture and public art, Pan Wu offers comprehensive design solutions spanning form-making, visual composition, color coordination, and custom component fabrication. The works have been commissioned by leading international luxury hotels including InterContinental, Hilton, and Sheraton, and the practice maintains long-term collaborations with global luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, RIMOWA, and Tiffany & Co.
