Qing Lu
Born in Fuzhou, Fujian Province.
Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Fujian Normal University. Member of the China Artists Association and the China Association for Promoting Democracy. Member of the Chinese Book Design Art Committee. Advisor to the Comprehensive Materials Painting Art Committee of the Fujian Artists Association; Advisor to the Fujian Graphic Design Association; Advisor to the Curatorial Committee of the Fujian Folk Artists Association; Advisor to the Fujian Zhu Xi Calligraphy and Painting Institute.
Specially Appointed Painter of the Fujian Painting Academy.
Secretary-General of the Fujian Brand Culture Calligraphy and Painting Institute; Secretary-General of the Fujian Oriental Painting Institute; Deputy Chief Supervisor of the Fujian Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association; Executive Council Member of the Fujian Minmeng Calligraphy and Painting Institute; Painter of the Calligraphy and Painting Studio of the Fujian Provincial People’s Congress; Research Fellow in Literature and History of the Fuzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).
His works have been selected more than ten times for major exhibitions organized by the China Artists Association, including the 13th and 14th National Art Exhibitions, the 5th National Comprehensive Materials Painting Biennale, and the Louvre Art Exhibition in France commemorating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.
He previously served as Executive Editor-in-Chief of China and Foreign Television Monthly, Editor-in-Chief of Audio-Visual Fashion, and Editor-in-Chief of Da Yi magazine.
