Dagmar Rohm

Dagmar Rohm, born in 1969, is an interdisciplinary searching artist based in Vienna. Her education encompasses painting, philosophy and ethics, theatre studies, music and fine arts education.


She completed her secondary education at a Gymnasium, graduating with the Matura in 1987. From 1987 to 1992, she studied Philosophy and Theatre Studies at the University of Vienna.


Between 1989 and 1993, she obtained a diploma in Acting from the School of Performing Arts in Vienna and worked as an actress for several theatres and films.


From 1996 to 1997, she pursued studies in Painting at the University of Applied Arts Vienna in the class of Professor Christian Ludwig Attersee. Later on she studied Experimental Music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna under the guidance of Franz Hautzinger as well.


During all these years she also worked together with musicians as a singer.


In 2019, she followed her curiosity once more and studied Art and Education at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna as a member of the class of Daniel Richter.
