Jie Yang

Printmaking Artist,Born in 1992 in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Holds a master’s degree from Tama Art University, Japan. Her primary creative media are water-based woodblock prints and wood carving. Most of her works express her own “emotions and intuition” through abstract approaches, embodying a fusion of modern visual language and traditional techniques.

In 2023, she initiated the project “Trace Lab Artists’ Workshop.”

The Trace Lab Artists’ Workshop is an experimental, multidisciplinary collaborative platform based on printmaking, exploring cross-field practices and creative research.
